Privacy Policy

StellarChief AI (also called n8n Personal Hub) is a privately operated AI assistant, not a public sign-up service. This policy covers the public informational website and the separate authenticated assistant and its connected Google services. Contact: athol94@gmail.com.

1. Information accessed

When an authorized user connects a Google Account and grants permission, the private application may access data within the selected OAuth scopes, including Gmail profile and message information, Google Drive file metadata and document contents, and Google Calendar calendars and events. Exact scopes are displayed during the Google consent flow and vary by integration. The public website itself does not connect to Google accounts.

2. How information is used

Authorized information is used to answer user requests, support source-grounded research, maintain project context, coordinate follow-ups, and prepare drafts or recommendations. Some separate, expressly authorized features may create or modify records. The assistant is not intended to send communications or make consequential external changes without the owner’s explicit authorization.

3. AI processing and service providers

The system may use contracted infrastructure, automation, Google API, and AI model services when requested or configured. Relevant authorized excerpts may be shared with the configured provider to perform a user-requested task. The application does not use Google data for advertising or to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Actual access remains subject to the owner’s connected-account permissions and service settings.

4. Storage and retention

Application records, credentials, selected source references, drafts, and technical logs may be held in private hosting infrastructure and connected providers. Access is intended for authorized operators and components. Storage duration depends on operational databases, backups, and provider settings; a universal deletion period is not promised. The owner can request review or deletion using the contact above, subject to service and backup limitations.

5. Separate accounts

Personal and work-related Google accounts are intended to have distinct authorizations. Access to an individual shared Google file or calendar is also determined by Google’s sharing settings. Visibility through sharing does not automatically authorize use in a different workspace.

6. This public website

The public informational website has no login form, advertising cookies, analytics scripts, or direct Google-data collection. Its hosting provider may process ordinary network request details such as IP address, browser user agent, and timestamps for delivery and security. External links are governed by their providers’ practices.

7. Google API Limited Use

StellarChief AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is not used for advertising, generalized model training, or sale.

8. Changes and contact

This policy may be revised when integrations, service providers, or processing practices change. Material changes to Google-data use require appropriate notice and any needed renewed consent. Send questions and requests to athol94@gmail.com.
